😍早前為大家介紹過Altira Macau
酒店的設施和服務後,很多朋友也在詢問我他們的餐飲。#福布斯 摘星之旅當然不單止酒店美輪美奐,餐廳方面也很值得大家品嚐呢。
🍷首先為大家推介的餐廳是 #天政,由日本師傅親自為我炮製的金目鯛配北海道海膽,兩者的味道恰到好處,以海膽的鮮甜味帶出金目鯛的鮮味✨
然後就是日本甘鯛配三文魚籽醬及柚子皮,甘鯛新鮮配以柚子皮剛好掩蓋了腥味,而且入口清新自然,柚子皮的配撘實在是有畫龍點睛之效。
#奧羅拉 貴為福布斯五星餐廳🍴,當然有其獨特之處🥂瑞士Mont D‘Or芝士糰子,用上珍貴稀有高級食材入饌,當中的冬季黑松露更是一試難忘,英俊的主廚😍拿出新鮮的黑松露,開始現場刨片,品嚐過後口腔內充滿黑松露的香氣👍🏻

這趟充滿驚喜的福布斯摘星之旅在此畫上句號,期待再次到訪新濠鋒酒店☺

After writing the review of #AltiraMacau last time, many of my friends asked me about Altira’s restaurants. So today I am going to introduce two amazing restaurants at #Altira.
The first one is “#Tenmasa”, a Japanese restaurant specializing in tempura. The restaurant is designed in classic Japanese style with tatami seating and private dining rooms. The food was beautiful and fresh; Chef Noguchi told me that the ingredients are flown in from Japan around 5-6 times a week!
The second great Altira Macau restaurant that I love is “#Aurora”, a modern Mediterranean restaurant recently awarded again the coveted Forbes Five-Star rating. Apart from the magnificent main dining room, guests can also visit the outdoor terrace to enjoy cocktails and the stunning panoramic views of Macau. I love the food there so much especially their Truffle and Oscietra (Caviar). Ladies, don’t forget to have a little chitchat or take a photo with the head chef, -Mr. Helder Amaral, who is both kind and handsome! 😆👍🏻
